Terms of Service
Plain terms for a month-to-month managed service. No lock-in and no promises we can't keep.
The service
Apolix Agency provides a managed local search service covering Google Business Profile optimization, Maps visibility tracking, review generation and responses, publishing, citations, local SEO recommendations and monthly reporting.
Billing
The service is $497 per month per location, with additional locations at $297 per month each. There is no setup fee. Fees are billed monthly in advance and exclude any applicable taxes.
Cancellation
The service is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide access to your Google Business Profile and accurate business information, and to respond to reasonable requests for approvals or materials so we can do the work.
No guarantees
Google controls its ranking systems. We do not guarantee rankings, positions, lead volume, review counts or revenue. Our commitment is to continuously improve the factors that influence local visibility and to report honestly on what changed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim relates to.
